The purpose of the Forest Heights Community Association is to promote health and wellness primarily for the residents of the communities known as Forest Heights and Forest Hills to support overall community development.
We are a volunteer not-for-profit organization, providing social and leisure opportunities for the Forest Heights and Forest Hill Communities and surrounding areas.
We are based in the Forest Heights Community Centre (FHCC). (Any rental inquiries should be directed to City of Kitchener Staff, and NOT to the FHCA).
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors meets regularly each month from September to June (since 2020, the meeting schedule has been less regular due to Covid-19). The Board is made up of volunteers. Members are elected and appointed for a one-year term at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) every January.
Members of the public are invited to attend the AGM. Members of the Forest Heights / Forest Hill communities are eligible to vote, make a nomination, or stand for election for Board positions.

Policies and Constitution
The FHCA follows our Constitution and Policies and Procedures with all of our volunteers and participants in all activities. When using the City of Kitchener facilities, we also adhere to their facilities' procedures and policies, where appropriate.
